Your orders with CWN can be assembled for will-call or shipping as quickly as the same day. Just give us your timeline and we will let you know right away what is in stock and if any plants need to be back-ordered (back-ordered plants can usually be here within 2-5 business days).

 3. Does your current provider have the ability to supply you with complete orders?

It is our goal to provide all the plants you have requested, whether it comes from our inventory on hand or our extended inventory, your completed order is what we strive for every time. And if you have order changes along the way we have built in “flex ability” to accommodate you.

 4. Are the plants you receive always of the highest quality?

We set the bar high and strive for the best quality the industry has to offer. We believe price is always important, but not if it means compromising on quality or service. There are hundreds of growers and thousands of acres under production in the western United States. It is our goal to tap into this bounty to consistently complete full orders (even with the hardest to find plants)

The staff at CWN has many years of horticultural experience. Our backgrounds and interests are from a variety of landscape and nursery areas, and we are all passionate about this trade. We can help with advice on plant information, design, maintenance and other horticultural questions. And we carry a variety of products for your optimum plant performance.

 8. What kind of variety is available and is it ever expanding?

Everyone at CWN is looking for material to complete customer orders and, if not available, proposing suitable alternatives that are. As the industry grows so does our plant palette. So if you do not see an item on our product list please inquire and we will try and track it down or offer something very similar.

 9. Are the others conveniently located in the heart of Silicon Valley?

Why is location so important? First, we are convenient for will-call orders; second, we can quickly arrange deliveries and third, we have an extensive inventory if you need to show samples of plant material to your clients or want to preview an order before it ships.
