Welcome to Capitol Wholesale Nursery! You are here because you’ve been referred to our nursery by a friend. For the month of February, when you register as a new wholesale buyer with us, you and your friend will both receive 15% off your next order!
Here’s how it works:
In order to receive your credit, you must be eligible to register - and must register - as a wholesale buyer with Capitol Wholesale Nursery. (Your friend should already be registered with us.)
To receive your discount, please tell us the name of the person or company that referred you when you register.
To register as a wholesale buyer, you have several options:
Fill out this form and email it to us at cwnsales@gmail.com, fax us at (408) 239-0357, text us at (408) 353-0756, or bring it to us in person at our nursery located at 2938 Everdale Drive, San Jose, CA.
Just show up at the nursery and provide your information in person.
Give us a call at (408) 239-0589 and provide your information over the phone.
You must be a new customer at the time of referral. You must make a purchase to receive your discount. Discounts must be used on or before June 2025.
Discount is not combinable with any other offers. Discount does not apply to items already on sale.
