Join the Theodore Payne Foundation and Pasadena Humane for this enlightening webinar on people, pets, and the greater ecosystem.
About this Event
By looking at our gardens through an ecological lens, we can gain a better understanding of how our horticultural practices and decisions contribute to the peaceful coexistence of humans, pets, and wildlife. Join the Theodore Payne Foundation and Pasadena Humane as we learn how to strike a healthy balance between the needs of humans, pets, and the greater ecosystem. Topics include basic background on Southern California ecology, keeping your pets safe from wildlife (and vice versa!), humane exclusion/deterrent strategies, and gardening to support wildlife like native pollinators and songbirds.
Can't make it to the live broadcast? All registrants will receive an email the day after the webinar with a link to the recording.
